Yes, that’s right…we’re giving you a recipe for a Banana and Bacon Peanut Butter sandwich – it’s terrific!

Ingredients

Peanut butter
Banana, cut into 1 inch pieces
Bacon, cooked
White bread
1 tbsp butter

Instructions

Set the Big Green Egg for direct cooking without the convEGGtor at 400°F/204°C with the Dual-Sided Cast Iron Plancha Griddle added to the EGG to preheat.

Spread the peanut butter on 2 slices of bread and add bananas to one of the bread slices. Add the bacon on top of the bananas and cover with the second piece of bread.

Add butter to the plancha. Place the prepared sandwich on the plancha and cook for approximately two minutes. Flip the sandwich and cook for another two minutes. Remove from the EGG and serve warm.
