Check out Eric’s Cold Plunge recovery after his D1 Training Workout. We followed Eric through his workout. Afterwards, we returned to Townley Pool and Spa, and he got into the Cold Plunge to recover and reduce muscle soreness and fatigue.
He plunged into 42-degree water for three minutes, practicing his breathing. Once he got out, we gave him extra credit for popping into the sauna. Contrast therapy (going from cold to hot) is highly beneficial for health, wellness, and overall well-being.
