🔥We’re grilling and competing at the 2nd Annual Boots, Brews, and BBQ in Fayetteville this weekend! Come see us, enjoy great food, and cheer on the team!

Each e‑ticket includes pulled pork samples, traditional sides, four beverage tickets, and a drink koozie. Guests can enjoy beverages donated by McBride Distributing for those 21 and older, along with water and Coke products. Live music features UofA alumni Trevor Diaz, 8:00–9:30 p.m.

U of A Meat Scientists and local pitmasters will provide professional BBQ tips and live demonstrations, then the Boss Hawg ribeye turn‑in and auction will take place, where five BBQ teams will compete for a $1,000 prize and trophy, presenting plates of ribeye steak, a side, and a dessert to celebrity judges, and a duplicate plate will also be auctioned. The Boss Hawg Award is announced at 8:30 p.m. The event closes at 9:30 p.m. All proceeds benefit the Department of Animal Science’s scholarship fund and student competition teams. 🚦Traffic: Follow the one-way traffic flow in the parking lot. Enter at the first marked entrance, staff will be there to guide you!

🚨Entry: One entrance point only! Clear bags are required (or small clutches). No illegal drugs or weapons.
💳Cashless Event: All purchases will be cashless, so plan ahead!

Team #AhhTownley BBQ is loaded up and headed to the Kansas City Barbeque Society World Championship BBQ Competition in Mayetta, Kansas! The KCBS Invitational is a huge competition, and we’re entering several categories, including pork, ribs, chicken, brisket, turkey, and even cocktails!

Townley placed second in pork, eighth in chicken, and eleventh in ribs!

In the MYSTERY MEAT category, we placed seventh out of 36 teams! One of our customers, Jack Lin, led us for this category with his Breakfast Egg Rolls (mystery meat was bacon this year)! Thank you, Jack! We hope you join us again!
