This concept of BBQ competition started with an initial love of the best flavors: smoke and spice.  This is the very core of a good BBQ.  We started with some local events and have grown into a highly awarded group.   Winning isn’t everything, its the ONLY thing!

Our Team

Our team is made up of experienced eaters, lovers of flavor, and connoisseurs of good times.  We have a VAST range of “smartish” people in the form of business owners (s), technical engineers, swingers of golf clubs, doctors of pharmacy, and logistic experts.  This “professional” bunch of fierce competitors is proof that five heads are better than one and that no challenge is too great.
