It is with incredibly heavy hearts that we share the loss of someone who was truly the heart and soul of Townley Pool & Spa, Dana Loyd.![]()

For more than 27 years, Dana gave so much of herself to Townley. Calling her our Store Manager doesn't begin to describe what she meant to our company and our family. She was our friend, a second mom to so many of us, a mentor, a familiar face our customers could always count on, and such an important part of what made Townley feel like Townley.![]()

Dana had a gift for knowing everyone who walked through our doors. And if she didn't know you personally, chances are she knew your parents, your kids, your dentist, your teacher—or someone else in your family. She had an incredible way of making connections, remembering people, and making everyone feel like they belonged.![]()

Dana was also an incredible salesperson. Over the years, she helped countless families across Central Arkansas discover the gift of hot water wellness. But what made Dana so special wasn't simply what she sold—it was the relationships she built along the way. Her customers trusted her, loved her, and so many became her friends.![]()

Twenty-seven years is more than a career. It's a legacy. Dana helped shape Townley Pool & Spa into the company and family we are today. There are simply not enough words to express our gratitude for the years, memories, laughter, friendship, dedication, and love she gave us.![]()
We are deeply saddened by this tremendous loss. Townley will never be the same without Dana. ![]()
