bang bang cauliflower

Enjoy this delicious recipe for Bang Bang Cauliflower! We love it on days you want to go meatless, but you still want a lot of taste!



  • 1 cup gluten-free flour (or flour of your choice)
  • 1 cup of almond milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 head of cauliflower cut into florets


  • 1/3 cup chili sauce
  • 1 tsp Sriracha
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 2 tsp lime juice
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely minced


Set your grill at 450 degrees. Line baking pan with parchment paper.

Mix the flour, almond milk, salt and pepper together in a bowl until it’s smooth. Dip the cauliflower into the batter, lifting each piece out and letting the excess batter drip off. Put cauliflower pieces in your baking pan.

Bake for about 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through. Silicone tongs are perfect for this job.

While cooking, mix the sauce ingredients into another bowl together. Once the cauliflower is done, toss it in the sauce. You can then serve the cauliflower as is or put it over rice for a complete meal. Enjoy!
