We love it when our kids do the cooking and add a twist! Our very own, Maddie, sneaks some veggies into this easy, quick, and delicious Broccoli Cornbread!
2 Packages of Jif Cornbread Mix
2 sticks of melted butter
10 ounces of finely chopped brocoli
1 cup of cottage cheese
Mix all ingredients.
Butter a cast iron skillet. Pour ingredients into Lodge Cast Iron skillet. Spread around so it’s even.
Cook at 325 degrees on the Big Green Egg for 35-45 minutes.
