Veggie Delight is a colorful feast for the eyes and taste buds! Just use your favorite summer veggies! Fire up your Big Green Egg for a healthy twist on a summer pizza. This garden-fresh pizza has a crispy, wood-fired crust topped with a medley of colorful vegetables.
Enjoy the perfect harmony of sweet bell peppers, juicy tomatoes, and earthy mushrooms, all complemented by the rich, smoky flavor of the Big Green Egg.
Ingredients
¼ Cup Pizza Sauce of your Choice
½ Cup Sliced Mushrooms
½ Cup Sliced White Onions
½ Cup Sliced Bell Peppers (red and green)
¼ Cup Black Olives
1 ½ Cup Mozzarella Cheese

Pizza Stone, Pizza Peel, Pizza Cutter
Instructions
EGG SET-UP: Indirect, with Pizza Stone 450° Fahrenheit
1. Set up BGE as directed and stabilize temperature to 450° Fahrenheit
2. Press the dough to the desired size
3. Spread the sauce, add toppings, and cover with cheese. Feel free to add your favorite veggies!
4. Slide the Pizza in the BGE and rotate as needed
5. Pull and allow to sit for a couple of minutes to prevent burning your mouth!
