This refreshing grilled peach sangria recipe blends smoky grilled peaches, raspberries, white wine, and peach schnapps for the perfect summer sip. Ready in just 20 minutes, it’s ideal for entertaining.

Ingredients

  • 3 peaches, sliced into wedges
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 cup peach juice or nectar
  • 1/4 cup brandy (optional)
  • 1/2 cup peach schnapps
  • 1 750ml bottle dry white wine
  • 1 70ml bottle sparkling water
  • Fresh mint or basil, to garnish

Directions

  1. Preheat the Big Green Egg for direct cooking to 400°F (204°C). Grill peach slices on each side for 2 to 3 minutes. Remove from heat & set aside to cool.
  2. Just before your guests arrive, add peaches, raspberries, peach juice, brandy, peach schnapps, white wine & sparkling water to a large pitcher. Stir until well combined.
  3. Fill glasses with ice, garnish with herbs & enjoy!
