Ingredients
1 ea Pizza Dough
1 Cup BBQ Sauce – your choice
1 Cup Grilled Chicken Breast Cut into small dice
¼ Cup Bacon Crumbles
¼ Cup Sliced Purple Onion
1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese
Extra – Ranch Dressing Drizzle
Instructions
EGG SET-UP: Indirect, with Pizza Stone 450° Fahrenheit
** Grill Chicken before adding the pizza stone **
Recommended tools and accessories: Pizza Stone, Pizza Peel, Pizza Cutter
1. Set up Big Green Egg (BGE) as directed and stabilize the temperature to 450° Fahrenheit
2. While BGE is rising to temperature, use the grate to grill the chicken. Allow to cool and dice.
3. Press the dough to the desired size
4. Spread the sauce, add toppings, and cover with cheese
5. Slide the Pizza in the BGE and rotate as needed
6. Pull, cut, and allow a few minutes to prevent burning your mouth!
