Eco Submission Grappling Crew Tries the Cold Plunge & Sauna

Phil, Evan, and Darrius from the Eco Submission Grappling crew came by for a post-workout “recovery!” They stopped by our Conway store after working out that morning to try our Cold Plunge and Saunas.
